Vicky has over 40 years of demonstrated business experience in the public and private sectors. She has been a resident of Prince George’s County for over 48 years and is a graduate of the Prince George’s County Public School System. She received her AA degree from Prince George’s Community College in 1979 and her BA degree in the Administration of Criminal Justice from American University in Washington, DC in 1982.  She received her Jurist Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991. She served as an Orphans’ Court Judge in Prince George’s County for over 14 years.  She has successfully operated and managed a real estate title company and has been in private practice for over 24 years.

She has a long history of service and community activism.  She has actively served her community for over 45 years and remains committed to serving by volunteering her legal expertise to her community.  She has received numerous civic and governmental citations for her community involvement.  Her long-term and strong roots in the community demonstrate her credibility and accountability to the citizens of Maryland.  She has the experience, integrity, and dedication to effectively serve the citizens of Maryland.
